Summer is marching on and yet being outdoors never gets old. Can summer extend a little longer? In honor of squeezing every last bit out of summer, I’ve been planning as many things as we can outside.

First up is if Todd gets home in time, we want to head to Liberty Park for their Mondays in the Park series. Looks like it the perfect place to find local music and crafts.

I also think an outdoor play rings in summer well. I just saw that The Music Man at Sundance Outdoor Amphitheater still has tickets, but maybe the Little Mermaid might be good. I’ll have to look into this one. If not, I’ll plan a trip to Tuacahn in the fall. Tarzan, Peter Pan or Hunchback of Notre Dame?! Choices!

Some other activities we will keep enjoying are hitting up the SL County Parade of Homes, watching the Olympics and late nights of watching movies and funny clips like this. The whole concept of carpool karaoke makes me smile. So fun.

Lastly we’ve been putting our bike trailer to good use. Tonight we are headed to the Porter Rockwell trail.

Summer you are simply the best!
